Terms of membership and purchases

How to use domussolis.org, become a member and buy paid events. Updated on 10 October 2026.

1. Who we are

The website domussolis.org is run, and its services provided, by VšĮ DOMUS SOLIS, company code 302609241, registered at Melioratorių g. 3-2, Žiežmariai, LT-56243, Lithuania, email info@domussolis.org. We are not registered for VAT, so all prices are final.

2. Your account

  • You make your account yourself, with your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe. If you think someone else knows them, change your password and write to us.
  • You can ask to delete your account in its settings. Within 30 days you can take the request back; after that your personal data is anonymised. Invoices are kept as long as accounting law requires.
  • We may suspend an account used against these terms or the law.

3. Membership

  • Members read every article, take the courses for members and pay less for paid events – the price for members is shown on each event. Some events are free for members.
  • The prices of membership – by the month and by the year – are shown on the Membership page. The price you signed up at also applies to later payments; a changed price applies to new members.
  • Membership is paid by card on Stripe’s secure payment page. We never see or keep your card details.
  • The first 14 days are free. When you become a member for the first time you enter your card, but nothing is charged until 14 days have passed. If you cancel before they end, you pay nothing. The free days are given to a first membership only.
  • Membership renews by itself every month or every year until you cancel it. You get a reminder by email before the free days end and before your card expires.
  • You can cancel any time in your account, under “Manage the membership”. You stay a member until the end of what you paid for, and are not charged again. The unused part of a paid period is not refunded, except as described in section 4.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again a few times and tells you by email. If it still fails, the membership ends.
  • Membership for an organisation, or paid by bank transfer, is agreed separately – write to info@domussolis.org.

4. Your right to withdraw

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. For a first membership the free days take care of this: if you cancel during them, you pay nothing. If a membership started without free days, you can write to us within 14 days of paying to withdraw – we refund what you paid, less a part in proportion to the time the membership was already in place.

5. Paid events

  • When you sign up for a paid event, you get a pre-invoice at once, and your place is held.
  • You pay by card or by bank transfer by the date on the pre-invoice – within 7 days, and no later than the event starts. If it is not paid in time, we may cancel the order and free the place.
  • Once it is paid, you get the invoice, and the link to join and the materials open in your account.
  • An organisation can order several places on one invoice and name the people later on the order page. The same payment and cancellation terms apply.
  • Cancelling. If you cancel 7 days or more before the first date of the event, we refund everything you paid. Later, the money is not refunded, but you can pass your place on to someone else – write to us. A place not yet paid you can give up yourself on the event page.
  • If we cancel or move an event, we refund everything you paid or, if you prefer, you take part on the new dates.
  • For events held on set dates the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply by law; the terms of this section apply instead.

6. Courses

Courses are free or for members. Courses for members stay open while the membership lasts.

7. Content

Articles, courses, event recordings and materials are for your personal use. They may not be shared, published or sold without our permission. Please do not share the links to join events with others.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the website running, but cannot promise it always will. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by others, such as payment or video providers, but we will help to sort them out.

9. Changes and disputes

  • We may change these terms; the new version is published on this page. Members are told of important changes to membership by email in advance.
  • Send questions and complaints to info@domussolis.org – we answer within 14 days. If we cannot agree, a consumer may turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt). Lithuanian law applies.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
