About us Our journey since 2011

A social change incubator.

We build resilient systems, organisations and communities. Through innovative solutions we empower individuals and groups to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing world.

Dialogue in pairs — the heart of our work
Community together — people with arms around each other's shoulders

A resilient community is not a new phenomenon or model — it is deeply rooted in our collective memory and intuitively understood by everyone. Yet modern and postmodern culture has created many artificial networks: corporate structures, markets, institutions and online platforms. While these networks provide connection, they often lack authentic relationships. They let us communicate, but can foster loneliness. To live a meaningful and purposeful life, we must nurture deep bonds with ourselves, our family and our community.

02 · Overview

15 years — three separate bodies of work.

We are not the same as in 2011. Each decade brought its own challenge and its own method.

2011– v1 · Social business pioneers

We brought the social business model to Lithuania.

We took a leading role in developing the legal, financial and ecosystem mechanisms this sector needed. Our experts trained more than 300 NGOs and advised Lithuanian government institutions, the OECD and the European Commission on the development of social business in Lithuania.

2019– v2 · Trauma-sensitive education

We brought the learning-community and trauma-sensitive education approaches to Lithuanian schools.

We provided training, research and consultations to more than 100 schools. These initiatives led to learning groups that improve mental health support for students and teachers and foster inclusion regardless of children’s cultural background, needs or abilities.

Combining different methods, we created an agreement process for conflicting interest groups to reach strategic, system-changing agreements. One of the biggest achievements — the “National Agreement on the Future of Forests” with 700 participants from 17 stakeholder groups across 150 events. Approved by the Seimas, it became the foundational document for new forest policy legislation.

2022– v3 · Help for war refugees

When the war began, we opened our homes to people and our schools to children.

We helped relocate and house the entire community of a Kharkiv school. We founded three co-living communities for Ukrainians, opened the “Gravitas Schola” school for refugee children and initiated the nationwide family integration programme “LT+UA = TULA”, which provided economic, social and cultural integration services to more than 2,000 Ukrainians.

We created a unique community resilience programme, “Re:silientica”, which reached and supported 600 Ukrainians.

03 · Projects

Social impact projects.

We initiate and coordinate social impact projects in response to emerging challenges.

LT+UA = TULA

Multistakeholder national agreements
