Account deletion
How to delete your account and the personal data tied to it – in the Domus Solis app or on domussolis.org.
This page is for users of the Domus Solis app (developer: VšĮ DOMUS SOLIS) and of the website domussolis.org. The app and the website use the same account, so deleting it in one place deletes it in both.
The app and the account area of the website are in Lithuanian, so the buttons below are named as you see them, with the English in brackets.
1. In the Domus Solis app
- Sign in to the app.
- At the top, tap the account icon (“Mano paskyra”, My account).
- Choose “Ištrinti paskyrą” (Delete account).
- Enter your password and tap “Ištrinti paskyrą” again.
2. On the website
- Log in to your account on domussolis.org.
- Open Settings → Profile (“Nustatymai → Profilis”). If you are not logged in yet, you will be asked to log in first.
- At the bottom of the page, press “Ištrinti paskyrą” (Delete account), enter your password and confirm.
3. Cannot log in?
Write to info@domussolis.org from the email address you signed up with and say that you want your account deleted. We will check that it is you and delete the account; we answer within a month.
4. What happens next
- The account is switched off at once: the app and your other devices are signed out, and a paid membership stops renewing.
- For 30 days you can change your mind: log in on the website and press “Išsaugoti paskyrą” (Keep my account).
- After 30 days the personal data is erased for good (anonymised), and a paid membership that was still running ends.
5. What we erase and what we keep
Erased: your name, email address, photo and profile text, login and two-factor settings, active login sessions, your inquiries and messages, and the email addresses on your places at events and courses.
Kept:
- orders and invoices, with the buyer details on them – for 10 years, as accounting law requires;
- what you published on the site – it stays, shown under the name “Ištrintas vartotojas” (Deleted user);
- encrypted backups – for 6 months at most, after which the data is gone from them too.
More on how we handle personal data is in the privacy policy.
